SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
In-store pickup is currently unavailable.
International Shipping available to most countries (exclusions may apply based on current postal conflicts or restrictions)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Toskovat SRL’ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@toskovat.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUND POLICY
Currently we do not accept refunds/returns. Toskovat’ personally inspects, filters, packages and disinfect any bottle that leaves our store, hoping it will reach clients safely.Kindly take note that once your parcel is handed over to the shipping provider, Toskovat’ cannot be held accountable for any potential loss and/or damage or for any complementary custom fees, takes and/or delays that might occur.
